Patrick Perez - Director
Patrick is an independent filmmaker whose movies examine the faultlines of America's cultural divides. He was born in East L.A., and educated at Columbia University, majoring in Anthropology, while also performing in NY theater. He went on to earn an MFA from UCLA’s Graduate Film Program winning a Student Emmy for his work. In 2014, he was hired by Will Ferrell to translate the script and teach him Spanish for his comedy "Casa de mi Padre". Since then, Patrick has directed 5 award winning comedies including "For Love or Money" (2023) "Divorce Bait" ( Samuel Goldwyn, 2022), "In Other Words," (HBO 2020), and "Lola’s Love Shack" (Amazon Prime 2010) For over a decade Patrick could be heard on the Chicano political satire comedy talk show "The Pocho Hour of Power" on 90.7 KPFK where he wrote and performed political satire and sketch comedy.

Nancy De los Santos - Writer
Nancy De Los Santos began her career in Chicago as producer of Roger Ebert and Gene Siskel’s film review program At The Movies. The show was nominated for two national Emmy Awards. She’s the associate producer on the iconic Latino features “My Family, Mi Familia” and “Selena.” Nancy wrote One Hot Summer for the Lifetime Movie Network, based on the best-selling novel. She wrote one of The Disney Channel’s highest rated original films, Gotta Kick It Up!, and has written for television shows Resurrection Blvd., American Family, and East Los High. Nancy is a graduate of University of Texas, Austin and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She’s a member of the Writers Guild of America, West and has served on the WGA Board of Directors.

Cristina Nava - Producer
Cristina Nava was born, raised, and currently lives in Los Angeles, California. She is an award-winning WGA screenwriter and producer of film and television. Most notably, Cristina produced the award-winning Romantic Comedy, "In Other Words", starring Chris Kattan (SNL), Edy Ganem ("Devious Maids") and Bryan McClure (Star Command, Atlanta), Renee Victor (With Love), which was originally acquired and released by HBO Max. As a screenwriter and producer, her award-winning comedy feature film titled “Divorce Bait” was originally acquired by Samuel Goldwyn and is currently available on Tubi.

Solomon D. “Sol” Trujillo is an international business executive and global CEO with three decades worth of experience on three continents in the rapidly-changing telecommunications and media industries.
As CEO/Chairman of U.S. West, Telstra in Australia and Orange in Europe, Sol managed operations in more than 25 countries around the world. He is a digital pioneer and early advocate of the mobile Internet to stimulate productivity and advance innovation across all sectors of the economy.

Jeff Valdez - Executive Producer
Jeff Valdez is a serial entrepreneur, who has been producing, writing and directing TV and film for over 25 years with the likes of Nickelodeon, Disney, Showtime, NBC and HBO Max. He has been credited with pioneering a new category in American television, the English Language Latino Market. He also created and was the CEO/Chairman of Si TV, the first ever English-language TV channel in America (now called Fuse). Jeff is an expert in addressing the multitude of opportunities in this New Mainstream. Jeff has been listed as “One of the Top 50 People Who Matter” by CNN as well as one of the “Top 50 Marketers in America” by Ad Age.
